Cases that Mira has won include achieving the highest award of its kind in this country for a single limb loss and where liability was not admitted, as well as negotiating a £1 million plus settlement for an ex-soldier whose previous solicitors had advised him to discontinue proceedings. She also successfully represented a protected party, working in close cooperation with The Official Solicitor, on a claim worth in excess of £2 million where a family member was the defendant.
